IP Pitching & Future Technologies Panel

9 July, 1.30 - 4.30pm

South East Media Network (SEMN) Intellectual Property Pitching Session including refreshment break

Introduced by Gina Fegan, CEO South East Media Network

  • Looking for development partners to commercialise your latest product?
  • Want to be in the know about the latest business propositions from digital content and technology companies?

This pitching session will introduce innovative products and services from technology and content businesses, or university research departments, who are seeking partners. This is a unique opportunity to find out about key emerging technologies and the companies behind them, and to consider whether the technologies or content propositions pitched have relevance to the development of your business.

Approximately 10 companies will showcase their latest technology inviting interest from the audience: this with a view to establishing essential contacts to support the subsequent commercialisation of their intellectual property.

Be an audience member at this event or pitch your own latest innovation to accelerate the commercialisation of your IP.

This is the third of a successful series of IP Pitching Events hosted by SEMN. Participants have found these very effective and focused networking events enabling them to find business partners, source suppliers and/or engage with potential customers. They are also a brilliant way to gain an insight into the latest technologies hitting the marketplace.

Quotes from participants at our last event in February include:

  • "It’s been to a lot of these types of networking events and this has got to be one of the most effective.”
  • “For an insight into the next wave of innovative technologies and digital content appearing on the market, this is the place to be.”
